5am outside police headquarters

thats us, freezing our asses off in cold at 5freakin-am...it ws so cold, it came to a point ,i decided no heck abt my toes, its beyond me man.... we had to book a cab in advance jsut so we cld get there this early to queue up to get out residential permit. at 5am, we werent the 1st.quite freankly, if we were, id kill myself... go so early for what!! we were person #6,7 n 8. so not too bad...
when we hopped onto the cab, the meter started with 19.50euro. thats like s$39 already. never in my cabbing history did i ever take a cab that was 39bucks in spore.n my this cab havent move yet hor....
cab was 34euro by the time we got there.the metre jump, our hearts also jump... its 3 heartd mind u....hai...
then from 5am, we were there, outside in the cold... then i tell u, the policeman can open the door, come out n smoke n all, just to annoy us, then go back into the warmth...
n so many of them somemore! all takes bloody turns... idiots...
then by 7plus am , we went in... n did stuff n waited till 11plus... can die....
